About me

I was born in South Africa, lived in Australia for eight years. I then proceeded to Israel where my mother was completing her masters. Two years spent in Maryland followed by high school in Chicago. I graduated high school and lived in a Kibbutz (socialist communal farm) for half a year. I then joined the US Army, went to Basic and advanced training at Fort Jackson South Carolina. After basic i was stationed in Fort McCoy Wisconsin, i then volunteered to go to Operation Iraqi Freedom. I spent 1 year between Kuwait and Iraq; pulling security, operating a post office, being a bodyguard, and a chaplains assistant. After completing my tour in the sandbox I moved to Binghamton New York, where i am currently a senior at State University of New York Binghamton majoring in management with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and marketing. I am also a sergeant in the 204th Engineer of the NY army national guard.
My interests are reading, poker, traveling, guns, philosophy, politics, meditation, dreaming, defending liberty and freedom.
My brother is a professional poker player he was previously ranked 1st in the world in online tournament poker, he is now ranked 16th and is beginning to place more emphasis on live play. His blog is http://bodogari.blogspot.com/
My sister is studying at a girls seminary in Israel.
My parents live in New Zealand, my father is an orthodox rabbi and my mother is a Jewish studies principle.
I have strong beliefs on personal freedom which i believe is what made this country so great.
Look forward to many blog entries ahead.
And as for the title, while true i try not to define myself with titles.
